Lilia Odhner was severely injured inside PNC Bank branch in Doylestown, Pennsylvania. It happened on September 28, 2006 around 5PM. A 39 year old mother of a teenage girl was left disabled after a severe brain injury. Lilia, a Pennsylvania Notary Public with two Master Degrees, was fired by PNC and denied Workers’ Compensation Disability insurance payments by Zurich Insurance Company and by Bucks County WCJ Michael Rosen.
